Christmas at The Farm
A good festival is my jam! I love attending and scouting out all the well-made finds. Supporting small businesses leaves you with a sense of joy. I’m always so in awe of others ingenuity. So, I guess you could say, it’s been a dream of mine to set up my own accomplishments at a festival.
2020 forced a lot of us to reinvent ourselves. I never intended to start making necklaces, it just kinda happened in an unexpected way. You can read all about how my Bullet Necklaces came to be {here}.
When Blake Farms announced they were hosting vendors for Christmas at the Farm, I knew this was my chance to make my festival dreams come true.
The hubs and I got to work right away, on creating our three unique sizes in our Bullet Necklaces. These necklaces are designed to be layered together, or with other chains you already own. I love that they are a standout piece worn as one!
My sweet mom even got in on the selling action, with her homemade buckeyes. She’s known for her baking skills! Lou’s Buckeyes were a huge hit, selling every baggie she had!!
I even learned I have a new target market with my necklaces. This was my first of many young boys I sold to. It was so exciting to put the necklaces on them, and see their faces light up!
I’m thankful to everyone who helped make this little dream of mine a reality. My fam bam are the real MVP’s, because they stood out in the cold and wind all day to help me sell my necklaces!
I have a new appreciation for artists who set up at festivals, because a lot of work goes into such an endeavor. I had so much fun preparing for Christmas at the Farm, and can honestly say it was such a success! I look forward to more events at Blake Farms!
