Bonjour Bébé Chapman
BONJOUR BÉBÉ CHAPMAN
I am one blessed Mama to have all my special women throw me the most beautiful French Market themed baby shower. This shower was a labor of love, and I will never forget it. The details were beyond perfection. My favorite ladies captured the essence of a classy, gender neutral baby shower.
For those who don’t know, we are planning to be surprised with Baby Chapman’s gender. It has been such a fun experience, and I am so glad we decided to wait till Baby Chapman gets here to see if baby is a He or She!
FRENCH MARKET BÉBÉ SHOWER
From the rustic venue, to the black and white decor, and the French inspired menu, it was one chic baby shower. The venue was held at Williams Farm in Roaring River, NC. The loft space fit the French Market theme perfectly, and was such a beautiful space to host close to fifty ladies. Black and white wrapped presents made the perfect backdrop, and kept decor simplistic. White and green florals from Trader Joe’s were easy to make into arrangements, and also cost-friendly.
BON APPÉTIT
What’s a French menu without a stunning cheeseboard? While we fulfilled the French pastry quota, the cheeseboard was the star of the show. Our menu also consisted of ham and cheese croissants, veggie cups, French inspired sweets, and a confetti cake. For beverages we indulged in a refreshing lemonade spritzer and glass bottled SanPellegrino’s.
SWEET BÉBÉ
Chocolate croissants, lady fingers, macaroons, butter cookies, and a simple funfetti cake adorned our food display. Not only were these items French inspired, but they added so much beauty and color to the refreshment table. Ladies seemed to especially love the adorable macroons and lady fingers. Most items were bought at a local bakery, making this sweets menu very easy to do.
ALL IN THE DETAILS
When preparing any special occasion, I feel like it all comes down to the details. Special details can take your event from great to wow in an intstant. I love all the nods to the French theme that you see here.
TO MY LADIES
I am one lucky girl to have so many ladies in my life who want to shower myself and Baby Chapman with so much love. I will forever look back on this precious shower as one of my most favorite days. They say it takes a village to raise a baby, and I am so glad my village consists of these beautiful women.
