Aspen in the summer is an outdoor lovers dream come true. The weather is a perfect balance of warm and cool. While there’s so much nature to see, you still don’t want to miss the Aspen downtown vibe. Prepare to get your shopping on with high-end retailers. I was so excited to visit one of my favorite western stores; Kemo Sabe. I’m still dreaming about owning one of their custom hats!

There’s no shortage of great restaurants in Aspen. If you’re a cocktail lover like me, then you have to taste Tatanka Western Bistro’s hibiscus margarita. I’ve never had a cocktail that good!! Another great restaurant to try out is White House Tavern.
When you’re ready to break out the athleisure wear check out Maroon Bells Lake. This is hands down the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen! You have to make a reservation to enter the park, so be sure to do that beforehand! Pack a picnic or go on a three mile hike to see different lake views. This day trip is the best thing we did in Aspen!
Bring your best workout gear to Aspen, because you’re going to need it!
